VouchPulse (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Netrope Software. Our service helps local businesses reply to customer reviews using AI. Our contact address is hello@vouchpulse.com.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account information: your name and email address when you sign up or join the waitlist.
• Google Business data: review content and business profile information fetched via the Google Business Profile API after you grant permission.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address collected automatically via server logs and analytics.
• Payment data: billing details processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never store your full card number.

• To provide and improve the VouchPulse service.
• To generate AI-powered review replies on your behalf.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. reply notifications, receipts).
• To send product updates and marketing emails — you can opt out at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Where GDPR applies, we process your data on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (product improvement, fraud prevention), consent (marketing emails), and legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted sub-processors required to operate the service, including:

• Supabase — database hosting (EU region).
• OpenAI— AI reply generation (review text is sent to OpenAI’s API; OpenAI’s data usage policy applies).
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — application hosting.

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of VouchPulse or its users.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion to allow for recovery. Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Anonymised usage analytics may be kept indefinitely.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@vouchpulse.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

VouchPulse is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
